Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

At Creative Chaos Salon, we aim to deliver your products quickly and safely. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please allow additional time for shipping, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected delivery speed.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options including standard, expedited, and express delivery.

  • Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

  • International Shipping: For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on the destination country.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout by weight and region.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow the progress of your package.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of the original order date. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return Window: 30 days from the original order date.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Kristen84067@yahoo.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  • Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us directly for availability. If an exchange is not possible, we will process a return and you can place a new order for the desired item.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of damaged or defective products.

  • Non-returnable Items: Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at Kristen84067@yahoo.com with your order details and a photo of the damage. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.
